Clinician Learning Objectives
This section of the website can be used by instructors conducting a post-training assessment or by individual providers to evaluate their learning after reading the information on this site's “Information" and "In the ED" pages, and after reading through the three case studies (which are based on actual patient presentations; details are changed to protect patient privacy).
Clinician Learning Objectives:
You will be able to define, in your own words, “human trafficking.”
You will be able to recall, without prompting or aid, at least five signs and/or symptoms of human trafficking in an ED patient.
You will be able to state what to do when you are concerned or know that a patient has experienced labor and/or sex trafficking.
You will be able to state what not to do in the event that you are concerned or know that a patient has experienced labor and/or sex trafficking.
